Name: Gylfie:-Gilly} mean. roaring, heavy sea
Surname: Hae-Ju { 海 "ocean" and 珠 "jewel" }
Race: Lyn
Class: Summoner
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Attraction: Asexual
Personality: Gylfie is, in a word, unmotivated. The lyn has practically zero motivation for anything that involves something she finds uninteresting and would much rather spend her days lazing in the desert shade. And tends to have a happy albeit lethargic persona about her. She doesn't mind interacting with others but don't go expecting a riveting conversation, she more-so appreciates the company than the chatter but complies for the sake of socializing. Her mind wanders easily, giving her the self-proclaimed title of 'daydreamer' and tends to play a sort of peacemaker with her absent-minded and calm attitude. When faced with certain issues she's know to show a surprising amount of forethought and aptitude, especially when faced with relics.
Distinctive Features: An off-white silk scarf with dark abstract patters. A keepsake from he guardian and not something she's normally seen without. One small notch on her lower left fox ear from an embarrassing fishing accident when she was a child. She's refused to wear earrings ever since. She's rather tall for a lyn, towering over the majority but her height has never really accounted for her maturity. The fur on her tail and ears is a mix of fine and coarse from the dry air and desert sands.
Bio: Her heritage has always been a mystery to her, but never one she felt a need to uncover. As a babe she was found by a jin traveler, his boat on a particularly hazardous swell when he came upon a wreckage on the shoals. Hearing a young child's cries through the storm he came upon a tiny, ill Gylfie. With a wife who passed away young and no children to call his own he decided to raise her as his daughter. Gilly spend her early life by the sea and under the tutelage of her adoptive father and those who lived in the coastal village learned a plethora of fishing and navigational skills. When her health improved and she was considered well enough to travel she accompanied her father and assisted him in his career as a Treasure Hunter. Nowadays she does the same, without her father's supervision.
